Coaching Executive Programmes

Coaching Executive Programmes are bespoke individual programmes based on agreed success measures sponsored by key stakeholders. A typical assignment will last one-year in duration and includes face-to-face sessions, shadow coaching, personality profiling, progress meetings with stakeholders, key documents review and follow-up calls/emails to ensure momentum and practical support in a timely and highly effective manner.
